Avocado Toast

  • Whole Grain Rye Bread
  • Almond Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Avocado
  • Kale
  • Egg
  • Cucumbers
  • Raspberries

  1. Boil egg to desired doneness.
  2. Toast two slices of bread.
  3. Spread one piece with almond butter and top it off with chia seeds and cinnamon.
  4. Lay a few pieces of kale on the other piece. Top it off with slices of avocado and one egg.
  5. Cut up half a cucumber at the side along with a handful of raspberries.
